Returns Policy
Return Policy:
All products are guaranteed for 100% satisfaction. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from date of purchase for refund of purchase price less shipping cost according to the policies outlined here. After 14 days only exchanges or store credit are available.(Exception: Customized or personalized orders are neither reimbursable nor refundable.)
To make a return, please email us or call our office to obtain your return authorization code. You must include this in your return packaging.
Indicate a reason for your return, or if an item was damaged in shipment, please note the condition of packing materials upon the arrival at your destination. (NOTE: For detail regarding packages damaged or lost during shipment, please read the information below in the "Insurance" section of our FAQs).
Next, pack your return carefully. It is not necessary to return the original shipping materials to us, so you may use your own shipping materials.

Refunds are issued after our receipt of the returned merchandise. Items must be in unused original condition and product packaging or they will not be accepted.
Payment Policy:
Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal Payments, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are accepted. Sorry, Personal Checks are not a payment option at this time.

Orders ship within 72 hours after order processing.

- Standard Economy Rate - For package weight under 13 ounces
- Priority Mail - For package weight under 1 pound
- Rush or Alternate Carrier - For faster shipping or alternate shipping carrier, please call our office for a quote.
International Shipping
- Airmail Letter Post - For package weight under 13 ounces. (No tracking is available with this method so insurance is included in the cost of your shipping.
- Flat Rate Global Priority - For package weight under 4 pounds. (No tracking is available with this method so insurance is included in the cost of your shipping.
- Express International Service - Tracking is included with this shipping method. Insurance is included
NOTE: Customers are responsible for taxes, customs, and charges levied by their country.
Handling & Insurance:
- Minimal Handling charges are automatically included in customer totals. These are based on weight and primarily cover packaging materials.
- Insurance is optional but highly suggested in case of loss or damage during delivery for Domestic US packages.
Note: Once your package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is entrusted with responsibility of the safe delivery of your package, and although they do their best to fulfill their obligation to you, loss or damage can occur. Since the delivery of your parcel is out of our hands once shipped, we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. Although in our experience loss or damage is unlikely, we think the small nominal insurance fee would be a good investment. Please understand we are not able to replace or refund damaged or lost items if insurance is not purchased.
